Footer
The page footer: the site's footer text and its contact details as links. Nothing at all when there is neither.
Demo
Property editor
Change a value and apply it; the demo renders with the new values. A refused value is reported at its field and the demo keeps the starting value.

Accessibility
- A <footer> landmark; on a page it is the contentinfo landmark.
- The contact details are real links (mailto, tel), each named by its own visible text.
Rationale
The footer landmark is rendered only when it has content, and its stylesheet is linked only then: a page carries what it uses and nothing dormant. The phone link strips everything but digits and a plus, so the visible number can be written as people write it.

README
footer
The page footer: the site's footer text ($footer, per language) and its contact details ($email, $phone) as
links, after the word "Contact" in the page's language. Nothing, and no stylesheet, when there is neither.
- Token:
--font-size-footer(a site that wants a smaller footer sets it; was a rule in two site.css files).
